Thankful for Neighbors

Today I wanted to make some yummy treats for some special people in our lives,  to tell them how thankful we are for them!  We made the mini pumpkin loaves shared on "The Larson Lingo" blog and added the cute printable also found there.
Pumpkin Bread:
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt
Mix ingredients, bake 7 mini loaves @350 for 35-40 minutes.
{One of our neighbors family is gluten free so I picked
them up a special brownie mix instead of the pumpkin bread}
These cute labels fit perfectly on top of the mini loaf pans.
The girls loved handing out the goodies to our neighbors!
As a military family, we are so grateful for the neighbors that God has blessed us with!  They are like family to us and go out of their way to help us out.  God knew where our family needed to be, although we didn't get to move to our top choice of air stations at the time, I am thankful that he put us exactly where we were meant to be...in this neighborhood, these schools and lead us to our church where we also are surrounded by loving community!  We are truly blessed.
